Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 8 (ANI): Who can forget the incredible chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan in Rohit Shetty’s 2013 film ‘Chennai Express’. As the movie has completed 11 years, Deepika shared a BTS video, in which SRK was seen calling her “Singham 5”.
She also asked her fans to share how many times she had repeated the’Bakwaas Dictionary’ dialogue.
Deepika Padukone took to her Instagram handle to share behind-the-scenes video from the ‘Chennai Express’ shoot. The video began with Shah Rukh Khan saying, “She’s Singham 5”. They also performed the iconic Singham position together. There were plenty of amusing moments that highlighted the duo’s friendship on the sets.
The video also featured Deepika’s iconic dialogue from the film, “Kahan se khareedi aisi bakwaas dictionary.”
She captioned the post with, “How many times do you think I’ve had to repeat this dialogue!? Sahi jawaab ko milega ‘Ek Bakwaas Dictionary’!!!”
After her post, many of the fans reacted and one of them wrote, “We need such mindless entertainment movies back !!”
Another mentioned, “Dialogue must have repeated 20 times.”
While the other wrote, “I can’t miss this movie.”

Helmed by Rohit Shetty, the film revolves around a Tamil girl Meenamma (Deepika) who falls in love with a North Indian guy Rahul (played by Shah Rukh Khan), who boards the Chennai Express train from Mumbai carrying the ashes of his late grandfather, supposed to be immersed in Rameshwaram, while he intends to go to Goa instead.
The music for ‘Chennai Express’ was composed by Vishal-Shekhar. The film also gained wide popularity for its song ‘Lungi Dance’, a tribute to megastar Rajnikanth, crooned by Honey Singh.
Talking about Deepika’s work front, the mom-to-be is basking in the success of ‘Kalki 2898 AD.’
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the post-apocalyptic film is inspired by Hindu scriptures and set in the year 2898 AD. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas and Disha Patani are also part of the film. The film is a mythology-inspired sci-fi extravaganza set in the future. Actors Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur have cameos in the film. (ANI)
